Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancelling stops the next charge; paid access stays until the end of the period you paid for.
Cancel renewal any time
Open Account & billing in the app, choose Manage subscription, then choose Cancel renewal at period end and confirm. The cancellation applies to future renewal only. You keep paid access until the end of the period already paid for.
No refunds after access begins
Paid plans provide immediate access to historical records, tools, and downloads. For that reason, payments are not refunded once paid access has begun, including when you cancel before the end of the period. This does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
Failed payments and account access
If a renewal payment fails, PayPal may retry it. Access can remain available during that process and ends if PayPal suspends or cancels the subscription. You can review the status in Account & billing.
