What you are paying for
Every permit on this site comes from a public record published by the issuing authority. You are paying for the work between that record and a usable answer: 57 markets normalised into one schema, contractor names resolved across spellings, trades mapped to a single dictionary, and a source contract that stops a market from publishing when its feed breaks.
What we do not sell: a guarantee that a project will proceed, a contact database, or a prediction about an individual job. How we measure it states the limits of each number.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions renew monthly or annually through PayPal. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves access in place until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are not issued after access has started — see Cancellation and refunds and Terms.
